Best Western Premier Hotel des Vignes et des Anges

The property was beautifully renovated. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, efficient and attentive. They offered a range of wines from budget friendly to premium at a fair price. The new heated swimming pool was lovely to relax in during a rainy day. The hotel is located right on the Gironde in the center of Pauillac, with a number of cafes, grocery stores and a few restaurants in walking distance. There’s free parking directly across the street. A great place to base yourself as you explore the Left Bank.

Rooms were modern and everything was of good quality. Convenient parking. Staff were efficient and professional. Overall good value.

The staff were lovely but the building work had not been completed so there were no spa facilities, restricted restaurant access and no lifts. But when the restaurant opened it was lovely food and the staff helped so much. It will be perfect when finished!!
